LG L45 Dual

The LG L45 Dual released on November 30th, 2014 is a no frills budget Android phone from LG with Android Kitkat on a budget. The phone features a plastic build with nothing extraordinary to take note of. The phone has a 3.5” TFT display of 320x480 resolution with a ppi of 133 and multitouch.

The phone has a dual core 1 GHz Cortex A5 processor coupled with 512MB RAM. The phone has a 1540mah battery and 4GB storage expandable via a microSD slot upto 32GB. The only sensor present in the phone is an accelerometer.

The phone runs Google Android v4.4.4 Kitkat runs quite smoothly on the device.

The phone has a basic 5MP camera with geotagging and panorama with nothing else to add in terms of unique features, the front unit is a VGA camera. The camera is decent for the price and performs well enough.

The LG L45 Dual has support for quad-band GSM and dual band 3G. It supports CDMA, HSDPA. It has Wifi, Bluetooth v4.0. which are the standard connectivity modules found in most phones. It is a dual sim phone with dual standby.

An Android phone running Kitkat at this budget from one of the largest phone manufacturers is a great thing to see as it taps into the market for entry level smartphones that can be purchased by the masses.
