The rumoured Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 (8.0), thought to be codenamed Millet, is expected to sport an 8-inch TFT LCD screen. The tablet, besides being said to feature 1GB of RAM for the 3G and Wi-Fi models. It is expected to come with 16GB of built-in storage.
