People don't make a mistake ad take it as a friendly advice not to buy costly items from this site. I am a 2 times sufferer so dont want anyone else to suffer. Here's my story : I ordered a smartphone karbonn a25 on 13 june 2013 and made the complete payment through credit card,the product was well in stock with them that time,on 18 june i got a call from their idiotic representative stating that my order has been cancelled due to stock being depleted. wtf !! It was in stock when i ordered it,how can you take orders when you don't have item in stock with you !! Still looking my money to be refunded. Few weeks back, my friend ordered a new phone from their site and he is still waiting for the delivery and the promised delivery date has passed way back. God give him strength to survive this. If you consider yourself lucky enough to enter a struggle on your money,go ahead and buy from them,otherwise..STAY AWAY FROM INDIATIMES !!

I purchased Xperi SP from India Times, but they failed to deliver on time. Even expected date to deliver is passed, though the status of order is "Item to be shipped" yet. I don't understand even they shows the items is in stock, still why they are not shipping the item on time. Very frustrated. I was thinking I will have my phone within 2-3 days but It was not shipped yet.

I thing they dont have ready stock. After getting order from the customer. They are searching for cheaper source, then buying and sending to the customer. But that is not correct method.

If you are lucky, you get the product without damage. If you receive it in damaged condition, Even GOD cant save you. All your money is gone and you spend more money talking to customer care which is any way wasting your money.

The above comment has obviously made by someone from Indiatimes. Please don't go by it. It's the WORST online shopping experience I have been through in my life. I bought the S3 from their site 1 month back. I received a SEALED box after 7 days, and the phone was not working. I had to rush to the service center to get a "DOA (Dead on Arrival) Certificate", as Indiatimes refused to take the BRAND NEW phone back unless with a DOA (which Samsung only issues within 4 days of invoice). The idiots at Indiatimes had smartly made an invoice of the time of dispatch. I had to courier the phone back to them, and today, it has been 1 month and still I'm crying out loud, wasting almost Rs. 1000 on phone calls trying to get a replacement to me. Imagine, over this, they come up with a discount, which effectively is making me lose 1500 Rs. less than what I paid 1 month back. I'm suffering, suffered already. Please, please stay away!
